People v. John Doe- Charges of Violating Vehicle Code (VC) Sections 23152 (DUI) and 13353(Refusal to Submit to Alcohol Screening Test) which requires a Mandatory One Year License Suspension. Mr. Hill objected to the admissibility of the PAS results and the client was able to keep his license with no suspension or restrictions. No license suspension.
People v. Jane Doe- Charges of Violating Vehicle Code (VC) Sections 23152 (DUI)and 12500 (Driving without a License). Greg Hill negotiated a Driving Under the Influence to a Wet Reckless for a client who is not a citizen of the U.S. and was driving without a license. Wet Reckless.
People v. John Doe- Charges of Violating Health & Safety Code (HS) Section 11359 (Posession of Marijuana with Intent to Sell). Greg Hill negotiated this down to a Possesion of Marijuana, which makes the defendant eligible for a Prop. 36 Program.
