Our client was charged with one count of driving under the influence of alcohol (Vehicle Code § 23152(a)), a misdemeanor, as well as one count of violation of driving while having a 0.08% or higher blood alcohol level (Vehicle Code § 23152(b)). The client was arrested after police officers stopped her vehicle as she left the parking lot of a Hermosa Beach bar. A test of her breath at the scene showed a blood alcohol content (BAC) of .22, or nearly three times the legal limit.

The case was filed in Torrance.
